What are freestanding products?
These are products that arrive ready-to-go; no installation is required.
All of these products can be moved as required, however some of the larger items may need 2 people to move them.
How do I pay?
We accept payment from all major cards, or you can request an invoice at checkout, which can include a Purchase Order number if required.
Please note that your products will not be manufactured until payment has been received in full.
When will I receive my order?
Once payment has been received, we will begin construction and aim to have your products with you within 4 - 6 weeks.
Where and how will my order arrive?
We will unload the equipment on a pallet in your dedicated unloading area.
The delivery date will be notified to you in advance and someone will need to accept delivery.
Does the equipment require assembly once it arrives?
All of our shop products will arrive fully-assembled.
Is surfacing required for any equipment?
All our shop products have a Critical Fall Height of under 0.6m, so they do not require a safer surface.
Is the equipment suitable for domestic use?
Yes, all of our products have been designed to be robust enough to survive intense usage at playgrounds and nurseries, and so will be more than happy in a domestic setting.
What are your guarantees?
